Jim Bilbao CEO. Prior to starting Turnover Intelligence Jim developed growth models for residential real estate brokerages to buck the housing contraction. Before that he spent 10 years consulting to global technology companies on outsourcing to achieve top line growth, including roles as solution architect of Intrepid Learning Solutions, president of Strategic Sales Partners and vice president of Channel Ventures LLC. His clientele included sales functions of two thirds of the top twenty largest global technology companies in the world in software, networking, hardware, component manufacturers, and telecommunication networking suppliers. He is a graduate of Princeton.
Rob Kruse. Acting CIO. Rob is an authority in predictive analytic software architecture and development recognized nationally. He is the founder of FacetApp LLC, a company that builds semantic enterprise applications to combine emerging “smart data” standards with semantic ontology. Rob chairs the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium (NCOIC) Smart Data Accelerator a leading enterprise collaboration to foster adoption of Financial Industry Business Ontology (FIBO) in response to Dodd-Frank Act requirements of top US financial institutions. He is past CEO of VenLogic LLC, the trusted strategic advisors to investors and executives who make early-stage technology, company, and portfolios venture decisions.
Dale Kreiser, National Accounts Director. Dale manages the Turnover Intelligence professional services programs called True Home Benefits. He is a co-founder of eXp Realty Inc, the first national cloud-based real estate brokerage and Inman News 2011 Innovator award winner. Dale has run some of the highest producing real estate teams in Washington state. Prior to entering real estate management he held senior business development roles in Harras.
Edy Kazaki, Account Director. Edy lead the Turnover Intelligence professional services program called True Home Benefits in Washington state. Edy’s team includes residential and commercial real estate professionals, lenders, and technologists. She personally performed in the top 2% of all Realtors in Washington state in 2011. Edy works in English and Japanese.
Samantha DeKoven is a program consultant to Turnover Intelligence and True Home Benefits. Samantha worked at the Metropolitan Planning Council (MPC) from 1999 to 2012 where she ran Metropolitan Planning Council’s employer-assisted housing initiative nationally, helping design and implement customized housing related benefit programs and initiatives for corporations, local governments and not-for-profit organizations across the country. She is an advocate for public policies that promote jobs and smart transportation options linked to workforce housing solutions. Samantha helped successfully advance employer assisted housing legislation in Illinois and Nevada, and has been a speaker, moderator, or panelist on employer-assisted housing at conferences nationwide. Her studies include a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton and executive graduate program at Harvard University.
Joe Sterling. Joe is the founder and CEO of Sterling Insights, a strategic planning and consulting firm to enterprises, not for profits and public entities including including Citi, American Express, Cap-Gemini Ernst & Young, Farmers Insurance Group/Zurich Group, Credit Suisse First Boston, BP, and the IBM Institute for Business Value. He has also led projects for a diverse range of public sector clients from the San Diego/Tijuana Border Initiative for sustainable long term regional growth, to the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff. Joe has been honored as San Diego County Man of the Year and received federal commendation for charitable works.
Marshall Toplansky is Managing Director at KPMG Advisory Services and formerly president and founder of WiseWindow (acquired by KPMG in 2012). Marshall co-created and commercialized Mass Opinion Business Intelligence (MOBI), which uses “big data” technology to help companies track their competitive position in real-time by analyzing online comments by consumers. He sits on the National Strategic Advisory Board at the Marketing Research Association, and has been elected to CompTIA’s IT Hall of Fame. He has also served as CEO of CoreStrategies, VP Marketing Strategy & Insight at Gateway Computer, and VP Marketing at US Robotics. He graduated from Harvard Business School.
Glenn Sanford. Glen is founder / CEO Founder / CEO at eXp Realty Inc, and Out of The Box Office Corporation. He is a member of the Broker Advisory Board at Move, Inc. Glenn is past Owner of BuyerTours Realty LLC. He is also founder / CEO of Working the Magic. Recently Glenn was honored to receive a national innovator award by Inman News (2011) and recognized as one of the 200 most influential people in real estate in 2013.
Brett Eddy. Brett is CTO of Reischling Press Incorporated. RPI is a leading make-on-demand producer of private label personalized photo books, greeting cards and stationery products for mass and specialty retailers. Prior to joining RPI in 2012, he was CTO at Windermere Solutions the leading real estate brokerage in the northwest, and held senior IT positions at Rosetta Solutions Inc., WatchGuard Technologies Inc., and Microsoft. Brett drives innovative and disruptive change in the make-on-demand space, including new media technologies, SEO, mobile and app-to-app value. Brett has a unique skill for bringing nascent and new ideas to market and driving product design with effective, enjoyable user experiences.
